Table Type Shot Blasting Machine

Applications :

• Cleaning of castings and forging.
• Removal of heat treat scales
• Increasing pressure withstanding capacity of Die-Casting.
• Shot Peening of coil springs, Gears etc, to increase fatigue strength.
• Preparing bonding surface prior to painting.

Blasting Chamber :

• Made out of thick steel plates. Welded steel construction suitably reinforced. Pitless design with thick wear resistant lining Ni-hard or Manganese steel liners

Rotary Table :

• Table is fabricated from thick M.S. Plate with wear resistant rubber liner.

Charging Door :

• Manually operated, Safety switch to prevent opening during blasting operation

Abrasive Recycling Systems :

• Screw Conveyor at the bottom of the hopper moves abrasive to the boot section of the elevator. Elevator Lifts the shots to the shot hopper after removing of dust.
• Turbine blast unit of double disc type equipped with throwing blades.
• Abrasive separation in gravity type with separating tip air wash system and abrasive trap arrangement.
